1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 59,962,38 and the amount of KRW 28,113,105 among them to November 11, 2014.

On April 18, 2008, EF Savings Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “EF Savings Bank”) set a loan of KRW 50 million to the Defendant at 20 months until December 18, 2009, annual interest rate of loan 14%, annual interest rate of delay damages, and 25% per annum until December 18, 2009. On March 22, 2012, the Plaintiff transferred the above loan claim to the Defendant and notified the Defendant of the transfer of the above credit on April 25, 2012.

The balance of the loan bond is 28,113,105 won principal as of November 10, 2014, and interest 31,849,233 won.

[Ground for Recognition: without dispute, Gap 1-4] According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 25% per annum, which is the interest rate for delay, from November 11, 2014 to the date of full payment, as to the total amount of 59,962,338 won and principal amount of 28,113,105 won among them.
