The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 118,016,060 and KRW 115,946,539 among them, per annum from May 26, 2020 to the day of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 10, 2019, the Plaintiff entered into a loan agreement with the Defendant, setting the principal of KRW 130,000,000, the loan period of KRW 48 months, the loan interest rate of KRW 8.15 per annum, and the interest rate of arrears of KRW 11.15 per annum.

B. From April 2020, the Defendant lost the benefit of time due to the delayed repayment of principal and interest. As of May 25, 2020, the Defendant remains in total of KRW 118,016,06,224 as of May 25, 202, including the principal amount of KRW 115,946,539, unpaid interest amount of KRW 2,006,224, and damages for delay of KRW 63,297.

2. According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 118,016,060 won and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 11.15% per annum from May 26, 2020 to the date of full payment.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
