A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to install a facility area of at least 150 square meters shall file a report on the installation of a livestock excreta discharge facility in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not file the said report, from February 2, 2012 to June 1, 2012, installed a chickens 3,000 square meters of a total of seven Dong-dong area in Jung-Eup, Jung-gu, and leased it to D to use it as a chickens breeding facility.
