A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to install livestock excreta emission facilities in a chickens raising facility with a size of at least 200 square meters and less than 3,000 square meters shall report thereon to the competent administrative agency.

From March 2015 to April 10, 2018, the Defendant raised approximately 250 m3m2 in the area of a chickens breeding facility in Kimcheon-si, and approximately 500 m2,00 m2 in the area of a dog breeding facility, and 6m2 in the area of a dog breeding facility, and raised livestock using livestock excreta emission facilities without reporting to the competent administrative agency.
