Criminal facts

The Defendant, upon receiving a proposal from the Malaysia to “to pay money if he/she works to go to Korea” from the Malaysia’s personnel, proposed that he/she would give money to him/her. On August 20, 2019, the Defendant offered that he/she shall enter the Republic of Korea and deliver to the Malaysia’s personnel money kept in cash custody by the victim.

1. On September 17, 2019, at least 14:00 on September 14: 17, 2019, the false statement stating that “The names of the personnel in charge of fraud scaming shall be the strong team investigator of the police station. The account opened in the name of the principal in the fraud case is the situation in which the principal was used and accused. The principal must confirm whether he/she was a stolen victim. In order to prevent additional damage, he/she first withdraws all the money that may be withdrawn from the account opened in the name of the principal, and then keeps the money at least 15 times in storage of female scambing and keeping at the same place in the Seodaemun-gu General Social Welfare Center.” On the same day, he/she shall collect and examine the money from the gold reduction and return the money to the victim, and then he/she shall return the money to the victim at least 5:22,000,000 won to the above victim’s name and transfer the password to the victim.

The Defendant, in collusion with the person who was unaware of his name, received the total sum of KRW 11,0469,000 from 13 victims from August 23, 2019 to September 17, 2019, as well as from the list of crimes (1), by deceiving the victim and deceiving him of the property from the victim.

2. On August 29, 2019, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act at the FF Bank’s sloping Station in Seoul Special Metropolitan City E around 16:11.
