Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A store less than 9§¯ (hereinafter referred to as "place below body") shall be prohibited from capturing, and no one shall possess, distribute, process, keep or sell fishery resources, the capture of which is prohibited.

At around 13:00 on February 24, 2013, the Defendant purchased 37 marries, which were illegally captured from a restaurant located in Nam-gu B, Nam-gu, Seoul, from a person with no name, and kept 37 mars inside the satisfaction for the purpose of sale.
