Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The female strings and scarblings of less than 9 centimeters (hereinafter referred to as "scarbings") shall be prohibited from capturing, and no person shall possess, distribute, process, keep or sell fishery resources, the capture of which is prohibited, and no person shall possess, distribute, process, keep or sell such fishery resources.

Nevertheless, at around 20:10 on February 21, 2013, the Defendant purchased 475 mags and 210 mags, which were illegally captured at the Nam-gu Fisheries Office, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of sale, from a person with no personal injury, and kept 210 mags for the purpose of sale.
