Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) and was released on December 24, 2010 from Seoul Southern District Court on parole on December 9, 201 and the parole period passed on January 9, 201.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property amounting to the total amount of 2,640,000 won of the market price.
