Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on September 24, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House.
1. On June 7, 2017, at around 03:50, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C, by intrusioning on the 1st floor parking lot of an officetel in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and opening the back seat of the victim's vehicle parked in the back seat, and cutting off the victim's own 15,000 won of the market price, which is the victim's own 990,000 won of the market price, the victim's own 15,000 won of the market price, 20,000 won of the market price.
2. Around 04:00 on June 18, 2017, the Defendant invaded the victim G in Suwon-si H on the first floor parking lot, where the victim G was living in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and opened the back string of the 1st century, where the victim was parked, and entered on the back 200,000 won of the market price of the victim’s 4,000,000 ETS (office equipment), one cable line, and one identification card equivalent to 1,00,000,000 won of the market price of the ETS (office equipment), one employee card, eight card, 20,000, KRW 230,000, KRW 10,000, KRW 10,000, KRW 20,000, KRW 5,005, KRW 10,000, KRW 10,000 of the market price of the United States.
