A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:50, Dacheon-si, Dacheon-si, B apartment house 402; (b) around the floor noise problem, the Defendant she sleeped and sleeped the labels to give an objection to the persons living in the said apartment building; (c) at the site of the 112 report, the Defendant sleeped the horses to return home from the sleep D, who is a public official of the 112 police station of the Seocheon-gu Police Station, and slicked the d’s shoulder and pushed the chest.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers who perform legitimate duties in relation to the handling of reported cases, thereby hindering the execution of official duties.

2. Around 02:00 on January 30, 2018, the Defendant expressed the victim G, a police officer affiliated with the said C District, “F,” etc., who is a police officer affiliated with the said C District, deemed the Defendant’s seat at the Seocheon Police Station C District of the Macheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si, and F, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.

3. On February 7, 2018, the injured Defendant: (a) around 01:0, Seocheon-si B apartment complex No. 402; (b) brought about a dispute as a noise problem between the victim H(333) and the floor; and (c) brought about the victim’s neck with his/her hand, thereby pushing the victim’s neck, thereby causing approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant injured the victim.
