Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving a BMW car.

On March 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 22:20, and driven the above vehicle at around 22:20, and driven the front road of the Korea Atomic Technology Co., Ltd., Ltd., which is located one route in Daejeon, along the three-lane distance from the direction of light, the Defendant proceeded along three-lanes from the direction of the Cheong Seosan Park.
