Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 1, 2020, at around 08:19 on June 1, 2020, the Defendant was a driver of the Korean passenger car B, and around 08:0,000, the Defendant was a driver of the Korean passenger car, and the Defendant was a driver of the Korean passenger car, who was driving in the front section of the Korean passenger bus C ( South, 43 years old) driving while driving in the front section of the road along the intersection from the north to the waterside.
