Punishment of the crime

In the event that the Defendants paid out the G apartment unit G in the Yongsan-si area to the intermediate payment, H, a sale agent, contrary to the commencement of a discount on the unsold housing unit, demanded that the conditions of discount on the unsold housing unit be applied to them, and if the conditions of their demand are not accepted, the Defendants demanded that the sales office be moved out of the complex, but the above company was subject to the rejection of their demand.

1. Defendant A could not get out of the part of the people who want to buy the apartment at the same time when the employees want to take the site of the cell phone to take up the cell phone, and Defendant E interfered with the victim’s apartment sales business by force, such as tearing the tax invoices, contracts, etc. on his book.
