1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an individual entrepreneur who is engaged in the production and sale of written examinations and the management of instructors with the trade name of “D” and the Defendants are the following: (a) the Plaintiff and E (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”); and (b) the Defendants entered into a contract with the Plaintiff and E (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”).

According to the lecture agreement under this subsection, the instructors who were demoted by the “F Institute” operated by the non-party company (hereinafter referred to as the “private teaching institute of this case”) as a member of the fire team, which is deemed to be below.

B. On March 22, 2012, the Plaintiff and Defendant B (one person G) completed the lecture contract (hereinafter “the instant lecture contract”) and signed and sealed or signed respectively. Of them, the part relating to the instant case is as follows:

2. The term "tuition of a private teaching institute" means a lecture that A provides at a private teaching institute operated and related to him/her;

3. The online lecture refers to both the photography of a private teaching institute and a lecture taken outside a private teaching institute by an agreement with Gap, which is provided on the Internet website in which Gap directly has a relationship with his/her operation and management;

4. Publications means lectures taken at a private teaching institute, which is operated and related to Gap, and the basic theory of teaching materials, issues gathering, explanatory notes, and publication issues necessary for related therewith;
