Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On September 29, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night time, intrusion upon residence, larceny, etc. at the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on March 29, 201, and completed the execution of the said punishment on February 22, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Larceny;
A. At around 22:00 on June 5, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim’s cash 30,000 won owned by the victim and one wall with a resident registration number of 350,000 won at the location of the victim, taking advantage of the gap where the victim D was strokeed from the stairs of the 1st floor of the Goyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City C building, Seoyang-gu.
B. At around 02:00 on July 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the market price of the victim E in front of the Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; (b) by using the gaps in which the victim E is under the influence of alcohol; (c) with one cellular phone where the victim E’s pan-house is unknown.
C. Around 04:00 on August 17, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim’s market price by using a cresh in which the victim F is under the influence of alcohol at a neighboring park located in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, and with one MF wall, and two junopty-gu, Samsung Ggalopty, the market price of which is at least one million won at the market price.
2. Night building thief;
A. At around 02:00 on July 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened an open door and intruded into the cosmetic operated by the victim H from the victim H of the G building in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; and (b) cut off 10,000 won in cash, the victim’s ownership in the process of calculating the place, and KRW 10,000,000 in total, and KRW 10,000,000 in total, for men, with goods equivalent to 530,000 won in market value.
B. On April 15, 2014, around 04:00, the Defendant opened an open door and intruded into the L Company operated by Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, the victim K, which was located in the said office, and marked off the victim K, who was located in the said office.
