Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff (formerly: C Co., Ltd.) is a company established for the purpose of constructing and operating the urban renewal promotion project of the zone D, and the Defendant was the owner of the land and the ground buildings located in the zone, Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
B. On December 15, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant, setting the sales price of KRW 10 billion with respect to the instant real estate as follows (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).
