Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:00 on August 3, 2012, the Defendant, at the “B entertainment room,” near the New Negi Station in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, 3, 2012, performed the trial expenses for the victim C (mama, 57 years of age) and money borrowed from the cash tea. However, the Defendant got off the part of the victim by breaking booming the breath of the victim’s breath and pushed down the part of the victim’s breath, and caused the victim to face the chest part on the stairs rail, thereby requiring approximately 4 weeks of medical treatment.
