A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic law at the Incheon District Court on May 20, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 28, 2015.

At the time, since it is at night, the defendant who is engaged in driving of the motor vehicle is able to see the front door and accurately manipulate the steering and brake system.
