A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On March 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on March 25, 2017, on the advertisement that he/she sold a one-time item “D” through a search; (b) on the advertisement that he/she contacted the Mepter (a one-time penphone; hereinafter the same shall apply), which is a local mental medicine listed in the advertisement, to purchase a penphone; and (c) on the advertisement that he/she purchased a non-cocoon of an amount equivalent to KRW 400,000 as known, and paid the Mepter’s identification number to the above “D” in a manner known to the Defendant.

On March 25, 2017, the Defendant received and purchased philophones (B/LH) from the Defendant’s office located in Busan Shipping Daegu Gtel 102 Dong-dong 803, the instant “D” from Vietnam, about 0.5g of philophones sent from Vietnam, and purchased philophones.

2. On July 5, 2017, the Defendant, around June 2017, called “D” EID of the said “D” and decided to purchase a phiphone, and paid KRW 400,000 to the said “D” in the same manner as Paragraph 1.

On July 5, 2017, the Defendant purchased an international unique shipment (B/L) in the manner of receiving approximately 0.5g of philopon from the Defendant’s home, as described in paragraph 1, around July 5, 2017.

3. On March 25, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones in a manner that inhales approximately 0.5g Aminium 0.5g, purchased from the Defendant’s home as described in paragraph 1 of around 14:00 on March 25, 2017, by inserting approximately 0.5g of philophones on the day of Aminium, and inhales smokes generated by heating them into a philogram.

4. On July 5, 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.25g of the philophones purchased at the Defendant’s home as described in paragraph 1 of around 13:00, in the same manner as paragraph 3, from among the philophones purchased at around 13:0 on July 5, 2017.

5. On October 5, 2017, the Defendant of the philophone medication: (a) the Defendant, on October 5, 2017, shall use the philophone medication to put about 0.25g g of philophones purchased from K located in the JJ of the Chungcheongbuk-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on October 5, 2017, as paragraph (2).
