A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special injury Defendant: (a) around December 24, 2015, around 08:54, 08:54, the victim D (n, 59 years of age), E (n, 37 years of age) was placed in a restaurant of “F” in the joint operation of the victim D (n, 59 years of age), and was placed in the table of the victim D’s customer contact with the victim; (b) was placed in the victim D; (c) was placed in the victim’s seat; (d) was placed in the victim’s seat; and (d) was placed in the victim’s seat; (d) the victim, who is a dangerous object on the side, was able to take the victim’s seat; and (e) was able to take the victim’s desire to “Chewing” and kneee, knee, knee, who was the customer.

On December 24, 2015, from around 08:54 to 09:06 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim D and the victim E’s restaurant business by force, such as: (a) the Defendant: (b) caused the disturbance, such as: (c) caused the consignee to the said place on the said grounds; and (d) collected the chair and his mistake; and (c) preventing the visitors from entering the said restaurant; and (d) prevented them from entering the said restaurant.

3. On December 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 08:54, at the above location, attached the following methods: (b) around 08:54, the sum of market prices, including 1,645,000, such as 1,645,000 won and 15 points in total, for the following reasons.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victims' property.
