3. Around 05:00 on January 27, 2013, the Defendant visited “Dan Den”, which is an Internet game site, and falsely told the victim E that “The Defendant would sell KRW 19 billion for KRW 150,000.”
However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the game money.
Nevertheless, the Defendant by deceiving the victim as above and transferred KRW 150,000 to the post office account under the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim.
around August 29, 2012, the Defendant, “2013 Highest 1868”, by means of a computer, made a false statement to the victim F that “I will sell Dann Game money”. The Defendant informed the victim of this fact.
