A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A defendant who is not a person handling narcotics shall not trade or smoke marijuana.

1. On February 2013, the Defendant: (a) administered psychotropic drugs camscopon (hereinafter “copon”); (b) the Defendant put a copon into a glass pipe with B known through the Internet game site in a telecom, in which it is difficult to identify the trade name near the Man-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong; (c) put the copon into a glass pipe; and (d) put the copon into a copon in a copon method of inhaleing

1.A total of six occasions, such as 5.5.9., Handphones were administered.

2. Trading, attempted marijuana, or smoking;

A. At around 01:00 on March 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) transferred 350,000 won from the corporate bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant to the Korean bank account (F) in the said name under the name of the Defendant to purchase 5,000 won for marijuana; (b) however, the Defendant intended to purchase 5,000 won for marijuana by remitting it from the corporate bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant; (c) however, the Defendant did not deliver the hemp and did not deliver it, and (d) did not turn

6.A total of 3 occasions, as the case may be, remittances for the purchase of marijuana, but was attempted due to the impossibility of delivery of marijuana.

B. On April 2014, the Defendant purchased a single name “G” and a delivery or marijuana, which he/she became aware of in the vicinity of the “satoned area of bamboo, etc.” located in the Seocho-si, Seocho-si, and smoked once by inhaleing approximately 0.05g of tobacco as if he/she seems to have smoked.
