Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 11:00 on October 6, 2015, 11:00 on the day before the sanitary treatment place located in the Gancho-gu, Busan, the Defendant boarded the C taxi of the victim B (61) in front of the sanitary treatment place; and (b) 23,800 won on the taxi after having arrived at the E cafeteria located in the Busan, Suwon-gu, Busan, the destination of which would be to pay the taxi expenses.
