A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. The Defendant, at around 02:55 on August 14, 2014, was raped, 503, “Gmotour” located in the Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 503, and “The Defendant continues to do so despite the fact that he/she was provokinged, why he/she would do so, why he/she would do so while continuing to do so, and why he/she will do so on the island in the Chungcheongnamcheon-gu, Chungcheongnamnam-do, and what he/she would be, and why he/she would give off living expenses.
