Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff is a clan of which the plaintiff is a joint set of A 15 descendants A. B.
B. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”), registration of preservation of ownership was completed on January 30, 1981 by the Cheongju District Court No. 747 of the receipt on January 30, 1981, where the Plaintiff’s co-owner of each of the 1/6 shares of the 1/6 shares of the Plaintiff’s paper.
C. X died on September 22, 2003 and succeeded jointly to X’s property at the ratio of 1/6 of each of the co-inheritors, including D, Defendant E, F, G, Defendant H, and I. On February 3, 1988, L succeeded to the above V’s property at the ratio of 4/26.
On July 12, 2012, during the attendance of 20 adult male members from among the members of the plaintiff clan, all of the members of the above clan decided that "AB shall act as the representative of the plaintiff, terminate the title trust and return the registration in the name of the plaintiff." The rules of the plaintiff's association (hereinafter referred to as "former rules of association") enacted on November 8, 2007, which entered into force on July 8, 2007, stated in Article 6 that "AC B was admitted as a member of the male who is over 20 years old, and 20 of the members of the above general meeting participated in the above resolution.
