Punishment of the crime

On January 9, 2016, at the “E” store operated by the victim D, “C” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-do, around 15:05, the Defendant stolen a pair of gold 18K gold wings equivalent to the market price of KRW 1,264,000, which was displayed on the plate by taking advantage of the gaps of the employee’s surveillance negligence.
