1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Status 1 of the Parties is 1) A Co., Ltd. prior to bankruptcy (W, Co., Ltd. prior to the alteration; hereinafter “A”).
(2) The Defendants are the lessees who leased the individual stores of the commercial facilities newly constructed by A from the Incheon International Airport X block to build, own, and operate the commercial facilities on the above site and gratuitously reverted to the Incheon International Airport Corporation after 25 years from the completion of construction.
B. The Defendants, who entered into a lease agreement between the Defendants and A, agreed to lease each of the stores (hereinafter “instant commercial facilities”) located in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport X block W business facilities, tourist resting facilities, etc. (hereinafter “instant commercial facilities”) in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport X block, Jung-gu, Incheon (hereinafter “instant commercial facilities”), as indicated below, as the instant lease agreement between the Defendants and A.
AB concluded the agreement.
