Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of two million won due to the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net support on September 3, 2008, and on August 6, 2012, the Defendant filed a summary order with the same court on the same date on August 6, 2012.

On September 5, 2012, at around 07:50, the Defendant driven a driver’s license with approximately 600 meters in approximately 0.218% alcohol concentration from the front of the construction site of the occasional Amyang apartment in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si to the front of the Gyang-si Welfare Center for Persons with Disabilities located in the same Eup. The Defendant driven a driver’s license with approximately 600 meters of alcohol concentration at approximately 0.218%, without obtaining a driver’s license.
