Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2010, the Defendant requested the victim C to conduct a survey so that the victim C can obtain permission from an unauthorized packing horse in front of the apartment complex B at the original city, which is, the Defendant received a cash of one million won from the seat, and paid 300,000 won to the D Office, and kept the remainder of 70,000 won for the victim. On August 23, 2010, the Defendant used 70,000 won, out of 1,00,000 won paid to the said D Office and stored for the victim, and around that time, used 7,00,000 won for personal use, such as living expenses, in mind, at the place of the original city, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property amounting to a total of 1.4 million won.
