1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 100 million to the Plaintiff at the rate of 15% per annum from September 3, 2016 to the day of full payment.

On May 17, 2015, the Plaintiff received a claim from the Defendant and Nonparty C (Defendant’s wife system) for a loan of KRW 238 million out of KRW 700,000,000 and paid KRW 50,000 on the following day to the Defendant: (i) the Plaintiff purchased 700,000 square meters out of KRW D 247 square meters (740 square meters); and (ii) the Plaintiff agreed to pay the remainder of KRW 188,00,000 to the Defendant by July 17, 2015, on the ground that there is no road connected to the above land and public interest; (iii) the Plaintiff was obliged to pay the remainder of KRW 40,00 to the Plaintiff at 10,000,000,000 for the remaining 60,000,0000,000,0000,000,000,000).
