1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 18, 2016 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the overall purport of the statements and arguments by Gap's evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff paid KRW 200,000,000 to C around September 19, 207, and Eul agreed to pay KRW 100,000 among them to the plaintiff in installments over 20 occasions each month from November 19, 2007, respectively. The defendant guaranteed the payment of the above installment, and the defendant guaranteed the payment of the installment amount by Eul, on the other hand, it is true that the period of division by Eul has arrived.

Therefore, the Defendant, as a guarantor, is obligated to pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 as well as damages for delay calculated by adding the annual rate of 15% from May 18, 2016 to the date of full payment after the original copy of the instant payment order was served, as requested by the Plaintiff.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
