Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 1996, the Defendant received an operation from the victim in the Jung-gu, Daejeon, where the victim B, the president, was the victim, and the victim was influent with the artificial insemination in the right eye from the victim on September 6, 2006, and replaced by the artificial insemination in the right eye.

On June 2, 2015, at around 08:50, the Defendant conducted a demonstration by setting up a boomet stating, “The head of the Gu, one eye, real name, and the name of the head of the Gu (B) will be responsible for viewing the players and visitors in front of the parking lot in the above Dan and Dan Hospital.”

As above, the Defendant damaged the reputation of the victim B by openly pointing out facts.
