Punishment of the crime

Around September 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) as a member of the Internet portal website server (www.naver.com); (b) visited NAV to NAV at a non-permanent location of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “C”); and (c) opened an article of the title “C” on the Internet news of the said NAV, “I am going to the same level as E or Fb., sexual harassment against her women.”
