1. Summary of the facts charged

A. On August 15, 2015, around 19:36, the Defendant had access to the building B at the Government-si around 19:36, and the Defendant’s house at the Internet NAVV, and posted the article “C” in the form of comments on the article of Ethical work, thereby openly insulting the victim D.

나. 피고인은 2015. 8. 18. 09:55 경 가. 항 기재 피고인의 집에서 인터넷 네이버에 접속하여 E 고소인 「F」 이라는 제목의 SBS funE 기사에 댓 글 형식으로 “ 술 먹고 이렇게 개되는 인간들 많음 길가 다가도 흔히 보는 광경 - 이런 인간들 치고 정상적인 새끼들 없음 여자도 팰 놈” 이라고 게시하여 공연히 피해자 E을 모욕하였다.
