A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

In fact, from January 12, 2009 to January 23, 2009, the Defendant hospitalized the E hospital into a shoulder seat, and thereafter, the Defendant was able to receive physical therapy and suppression, etc., and the need to be hospitalized in a snowhouse.

Even though the appropriate number of days of hospitalization was seven days, the admission was made from January 24, 2009 to February 6, 2009 to G hospital located in Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, 14 days. On February 8, 2009, the victim Hyundai Madern Commercial Reinsurance Co., Ltd. submitted a claim for insurance money, etc. on February 8, 2009, and received 632,680 won to the agricultural bank account (H) in the name of the defendant on February 9, 2009, and received 632,680 won from that time to June 16, 2014 as shown in the attached list of crimes, and was hospitalized over 39 times from that time to June 16, 2014, and KRW 15,598,933 won was added from ten insurance companies to 218 times.
