A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The organization of fraud and electronic financial fraud (hereinafter “scams”) is operated in the form of an organization that commits a crime by misrepresenting a large number of unspecified victims of telephone calls, misrepresenting the employees of financial institutions, deceiving victims to withdraw money, and receiving the victims, and then receiving them.
