Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 12, 2014, 200:25, January 12, 2014, 2014, C, a taxi engineer, filed a visit report with the Defendant at the Haba-dong Police Station of YY, YY, YY, YY, and reported by the Defendant.
1. On January 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:17, 2014; (b) on the street in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; and (c) on the street in front of the victim C, the Defendant gets a customer as if he would pay the fee despite having no intention or ability to pay the fee; and (d) had the victim run approximately 3 kilometers in front of the Honam-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, to avoid paying the fee of KRW 9,700.
2. The Defendant was arrested as an offender in the act of obstruction of performance of official duties, even though the police demanded several times to disclose his/her personal information without paying the charges as stated in the above Paragraph 1.
On January 12, 2014, from around 00:17 to 00:45 on the same day, the Defendant, on the grounds that he arrested himself as a flagrant offender, obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties by threatening the police officer, such as: (a) “I and three other persons on the ground that he was on duty in the action, all knife will knife with knife”; (b) “I and three persons who were on duty in the action, knife knife knife knife knife, knife knife,” “I all knife all knife,” and “I are in accordance with the procedure.”
Around 00:10 on November 19, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim by “Homan Park” located in Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul, about November 19, 2013, and reported the victim J (70 years of age) who had performed alcohol within the said room, without any justifiable reason, by allowing the victim to wear small-scale disease, etc. on the table, which was on the table, to fall off on the floor by hand, and by cutting the victim’s trees over the stroke floor, and caused the victim to do so.
