1. As to the Plaintiff’s forest land U. 1020 square meters in Jeollabuk-gun, Jeollabuk-do, Defendant B and C, each of 1/4 shares in each of them, and Defendant D, 3/52.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff clans are the clans in which WW 34 descendants X among the descendants of V are gathered as joint clans, and the defendants are the successors of the plaintiff clans or of the deceased clans as shown below.
B. The registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of Nonparty AD, AE, AF, and Defendant B, a member of the Plaintiff clan, on September 10, 1970, with respect to the “Yan-gun, Jeollabuk-do, Yan-gun, Yan-gun, Yan-gun, Yan-do (14876 square meters of the above YY-do, is divided on February 24, 2010, and AB was finally divided on June 30, 2010, and at the end, AC was 1020 square meters of U forest; hereinafter the above U forest was 1020 square meters of the instant forest as of June 25, 2010.” The registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the Defendant as of September 10, 1970, in the name of Nonparty AD, AE, AE, AF, and Defendant B, a member of the Plaintiff clan, and as of the above AF shares.”
C. The forests and fields of this case include the plaintiff clan's joint ancestor's "X cemetery," and the plaintiff clan was not only equipped with the tombation of the ancestor's graves, but also the plaintiff clan was in the city X's vision every year from the above forests and fields, and the non-party AG, who is the clan of the plaintiff clan, managed the forest and fields of this case and had the non-party AG manage the forest and fields of this case and paid taxes for the forest and fields of this case.
In addition, the registration certificate for the above woodland is currently owned by the plaintiff clan.
