A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant of the instant case, “2017 Highest 485,” in collusion with the name Pakistan “C”, who wants to enter the Republic of Korea, thought to prepare a false invitation letter in the name of the domestic company necessary for applying for a visa, and a letter of identity guarantee.

No one shall invite an alien by fraudulent means, such as a false statement of fact or a false fidelity guarantee, or arrange such invitation.

Nevertheless, around March 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) drafted the invitation letter and E stating the false fact that the FFF office of the E operation in Seoul Special Metropolitan City was invited to invite G to purchase high equipment during the construction of the FF company; (b) invited G to the Republic of Korea by delivering it to “C”; and (c) on May 18, 2015, by using the invitation letter in the name of H in the name of H in the manner described above, the Defendant invited Pakistan using the invitation letter in the name of H in the name of H in the manner described above; and (d) invited Pakistan to the PF on June 18, 2015 by using the invitation letter in the name of P in the name of P in the name of P in the manner described above; and (e) on May 19, 2015, using the invitation letter in the name of P in the name of P in the name of P in the name of P in the manner described above.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with one name “C”, invited the total of nine persons in Pakistan to the Republic of Korea by unlawful means, such as making false statements or guaranteeing false identity.

2. The Defendant, around March 11, 2015, drafted a invitation letter and a guarantee letter of identity in the name of E, stating the false fact that F Co., Ltd. is invited to purchase used a passport and evidentiary photograph of S, S, S, a pakist S, a pakist S, a pakist S, in the FF office for E operation in Seoul, around March 11, 2015.
