Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants participated in the loan fraud group of F, G, H, I, etc.; Defendant A made a false appearance as if he was employed by EFC, and Defendant A used a false lease contract to lease the loan owned by Defendant B, and acquired the loan from the National Housing Fund loan provided by Defendant A in order to support the deposit money for the lease, and the Defendants and the fraud conspired to distribute the loan to use it at a predetermined rate.

From May 2013, the members of the above fraud group whose name is unknown, the facts of Defendant A in Egyp office of the corporation, which was established in Ansan-gu, 143-1 and 401, in Gyeyang-gu, Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, 201, even though he did not work for the above company, as if Defendant A was working for the above company, he was insured as employment insurance, national health insurance, national pension insurance, and industrial accident insurance, and prepared a false certificate of employment.

On May 24, 2013, the Defendants: (a) at the K Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) even though Defendant A did not lease Seo-gu L/302 from Defendant B, Defendant A drafted a false lease agreement from Defendant B to June 15, 2015, which is the content that Defendant A leases KRW 100 million from Defendant B.

Defendant

A, during the period of Ansan-si on June 5, 2013, at the ordinary village of the KB National Bank of Korea located in 254 as the citizen of the Gu, and even after being granted a loan, the fact was obtained by receiving KRW 80 million from the KB National Bank of Korea on June 14, 2013, when submitting to the above bank employees with whom each of the aforementioned falsely prepared lease contract, and each of the insurance members cannot be identified with his/her name, and filed an application for a loan of the National Housing Fund loan, thereby obtaining the loan of the National Housing Fund from the victims' KB National Bank to the Defendant Nonghyup Bank account (M) account.

Accordingly, the Defendants are F, G, H, I.
