A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Mediation for sale and purchase of clocks (one philophone (hereinafter referred to as “philophones”);

A. On April 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received C’s request from a person who was not the name of the Defendant to purchase the phiphone; (b) received 100,000 won from C with his/her consent; and (c) received 22:00 won by adding the Defendant’s money to 100,000 won from a person who was not the name of the Defendant at the E’s office located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu; and (d) received approximately 0.1g of the phiphone, which was contained in the part of the name of the Defendant, from a person who was not the name.

On April 14, 2016, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) removed his/her share from the foregoing name in the other part of the penphone purchased from the above name in Kimpo-si F; and (b) put about 0.05g of the rest of the penphone to C.

B. On April 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received C’s request from a person who was not the name of the victim of his/her trade; (b) received 100,000 won from C with his/her consent; (c) received 200,000 won from C by adding the Defendant’s money to KRW 100,000,000,000 from the above E’s office around 20:0 on the same day; and (d) 0.1g of the phiphone that entered the name of the victim of his/her name in a single-use package.

On April 18, 2016, at around 10:00, the Defendant separated his share from the penphones purchased from the above name in the H station underground passage located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, and put about 0.05g of the remaining penphones to C.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant arranged the trade of philophones, which is a local mental medicine, twice.

2. On June 24, 2017, the Defendant 23:30 of opon medication and marijuana smoking, containing approximately 0.05g of oponononon in a single-use injection machine in the Defendant’s accommodation located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and melting them with water, and in the Defendant’s arms, injected approximately 0.25g of marion on the day of Aluminium, and inhales them by burning them by heating them with a thrower.
