A Imprisonment for six years, Defendant B, C, and D shall be sentenced to imprisonment for four years and six months, and Defendant E shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a short term of three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2017, Defendants A, B, C, and E jointly committed a sexual traffic with smartphone hosting display display room (F), arrange for a sexual intercourse with H (the age of 15) by using “G”, “children and juveniles,” and then divide the price of the sexual traffic into H for the purpose of living expenses, protection expenses, etc., and then, Defendant B, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant C used mobile phones to take charge of the following roles: (a) the role in managing the price of the sexual traffic; (b) the role in managing the price of the sexual traffic; (c) the purpose of using the mobile phone; (d) the purchase of letters by proposing sexual traffic; and (e) the purchase of other sex; and (e) the purchase of H and the neighboring place; and (e) the commitment of the purchase of H will take charge of preparing for the sexual traffic near the other place.

On January 5, 2018, at around 17:00, the Defendants recruited a sex purchase from the Iel located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, through which it is impossible to identify the names of the Defendants, and arranged the purchase of sex on several occasions from November 2017 to February 6, 2018, by bringing H to the parking lot near the K church located in the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, and allowing H to receive KRW 150,00 from a person whose name is unknown and receive 150,000 won from the person whose name is unknown.

As a result, Defendants conspired in collusion to arrange the purchase of sex of children and juveniles for business.

2. On February 2018, Defendant A, and Defendant D’s joint crimes, Defendant A, and Defendant D, would no longer have been committed while engaging in sexual traffic mediation as set forth in Section C and B(1) in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Ltel M in February 2, 2018.

We will pay 50,000 won per day to Defendant D.

Defendant D recommended to commit a crime of arranging sexual traffic along with the crime of arranging sexual traffic, and Defendant D is likely to bring the money to be discovered.
