Purport of claim and appeal

1. Basic facts

A. The relevant Plaintiffs A and D were students of G Middle Schools under the Defendant at the time of the instant accident described in the following B, and the Plaintiff B and C are the parents of Plaintiff A.

B. At around 09:55 on December 15, 2009, D exceeded the 1st 8th 8th 7th 7th 12th 3th 12th 12th 12th 3th 2009, and went back to the 3th 12th 12th 2nd 3th 2th 2nd 200. 3) As a result of an inspection conducted at the Incheon National University Hospital on August 25, 2011, the Plaintiff’s maximum correction eyesight was measured with 0.05, 1.25, 1.25, 0.04, 1.6, 1.6, 1.6, 201, and the result of an inspection conducted at the Ulsan National University Hospital on May 24, 2012, the Plaintiff’s correction vision was measured with 0.05, 1.00, 1.0, 1.0, and 4, the Plaintiff’s correction vision was measured with opical reduction in the opical amount due to the instant accident.
