Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 6, 2014, at around 15:48, the Defendant:509 Dong 104, the Defendant: (a) reported to the police officer in charge of his name in 112 that “the military had taken place without permission,” and reported to the police officer in charge of his name, that “the military had taken place without permission,” thereby having the police officer in charge of his/her police box sent out.

As a result, the Defendant reported a false crime or accident to a public official.
