Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 7, 2015, the Defendant filed a false report with a police officer stating, “The birth of a baby is deemed to have died by using the kitchen knife” by phoneing 112 on November 7, 2015, when the Defendant was living in the Dong-gu, U.S.-dong, U.S.-dong, U.S.-dong, U.S.-dong, U.S.-dong, U.S. (hereinafter “S.”).
As a result, the Defendant reported a false crime or accident to a public official.
