1. Quotation of the first instance judgment

A. The grounds for appeal by the Plaintiff are not significantly different from the allegations in the first instance court, and a thorough examination of the evidence submitted in the first instance court, the legal principles, fact-finding, and determination stated in the first instance court are recognized as legitimate.

B. Accordingly, the reasoning of this court’s judgment is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is cited by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance, which dismissed the plaintiff's claim of this case, is justified, and the plaintiff's appeal against this is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
