1. As to KRW 406,340,437 and KRW 372,817,587 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay a year from April 1, 2015 to June 15, 2015.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiff is a corporation established under the Incheon International Airport Corporation Act to efficiently construct, manage, and operate the Incheon International Airport, and the defendant is a corporation with the purpose of managing the building.

B. On July 31, 200, the Defendant was designated as the project implementer of the Incheon International Airport Construction Promotion Act on September 14, 2000, on the condition that the Plaintiff would comply with the instant concession agreement by the former Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on the condition that the Plaintiff would build new business facilities (B4) for the area of the international airport of Incheon for 50 years after leasing the land owned by the Plaintiff in the Jung-gu Incheon International Airport (hereinafter “instant land”) and newly build new business facilities (B4) for the area of the international airport of Incheon for 50 years, and would be returned to the Plaintiff.

C. In accordance with the above concession agreement, the Defendant newly constructed, as a matter of course, the “Lancheon Airport Officetel” (hereinafter “instant officetel”) which is the business facility (B4) of the international business facility of the Incheon International Airport area on the land of this case.

The Plaintiff and the Defendant modified the instant concession agreement five times by November 19, 2009 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant concession agreement”). The contents of the instant concession agreement relating to the instant case are as follows:

In implementing the Incheon International Airport International Airport International Business Facility (B4) Business Agreement, the plaintiff and the defendant shall make every effort to complete this facility within the construction period based on the business plan submitted by the defendant and the implementation plan scheduled to be submitted in the future, and to meet the operation of the Incheon International Airport Business Facility (B4) Business Plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Business").
