Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On July 11, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspension of the execution of imprisonment for fraud at the Jung-gu District Court for six months on July 19, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 19, 2014, but on October 1, 2015, the said suspension of execution was revoked, and the execution of the said sentence was terminated on November 28, 2015.
[Criminal Facts]
1. The Defendant conspireds with C on July 21, 2015, 2015, 2929, and was provided with alcohol and food equivalent to 23,000 won at the market price by deceiving the victim as if he/she had no intent or ability to pay the price in fact, in a restaurant of “F” operated by the victim E at the time of the Government-Si around 11:30 on July 21, 2015.
2.
