Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:50 on April 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) boarded the victim C (64) taxi in front of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu to set off 8-off the destination while moving to the Doning station, which is a destination; (b) but (c) the victim refused to stop the operation of the taxi; (d) the victim was able to get off the taxi along with the victim while getting off the taxi and pushed the victim by getting off the taxi.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

2. On April 22, 2016, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 00:20 on April 22, 2016, and (b) on April 22, 2016, within the boundary of the Nowon-gu Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu District, 112 reported within the boundary of the Nowon-gu District; and (c) voluntarily accompanying the police officers working on the district;

연금 받지, 연금 못 받을 줄 알어, 씨 발 놈들 아 ”라고 큰 소리로 욕설하고, 지구대 내에 있던 업무용 탁자를 발로 걷어차고 민원인 탁자를 손으로 들었다 놨다를 반복하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, led to a very rough speech and behavior in a public office.

Summary of Evidence

1. Each police statement made with respect to C and D;

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes for reporting voluntary accompanying;

1. Relevant Article 260 of the Criminal Act, Article 260 of the Criminal Act (the point of violence), Article 3 (3) 1 of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (the point of disturbance for revocation of official document), and the choice of fines, respectively, for the crime;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
