1. 폭행 피고인은 2016. 7. 26. 03:30 경 서울 노원구 C에 있는 ‘D 동물병원’ 골목길에서, 그 곳을 지나가던 피해자 E( 여, 15세) 와 피해자 F( 여, 15세) 등 5명이 피고인이 소변을 보고 성기를 만지는 행위를 목격하고 자위행위로 경찰에 신고하려 한다는 이유로 피해자 F의 머리카락을 잡고 검은색 봉지로 피해자의 얼굴을 때리고, 계속하여 발로 피고인이 도망가지 못하게 잡는 피해자 E의 배를 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant committed violence against the victims.
